The study aimed at investigating the application degree of human right principles in education process from point view of post basic education students. To achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisted on 37 items divided into two dimensions namely (Freedom of expression and justice and equality principles) and each dimension was divided into two sections namely administration and teaching. The questionnaire validity was examined by a panel of judges and the reliability was examined by Chrunbach Alpha which was (0,945). I questionnaire was applied to 1192 students from Muscat and Al-Dakiliah provinces. The results showed that the application degree of human right principles in education process from point view of post basic education students was moderate, The justice and equality principles were more applied than freedom of expression. The results also revealed that there were differences between males and females in favor to females. The application of freedom of expression showed significant difference due to provinces in favor to Al-Dakilah. The researcher recommended to promote the application of human right principles through promoting students' participations in all aspects of education processes to ensure the application of these principles
