The study investigated the levels of attitudes towards entrepreneurship among 12th grade students in the post-primary education in the Sultanate of Oman. It analyzed the levels of natural differences in their attitudes towards entrepreneurship pertain their demographic characteristics. The study also analyzes the interactions among students' attitudes toward entrepreneurship and selected psychological variables; (self-confidence, self-esteem, and achievement motivation). The study was based on the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of (600) students from the 12th grade of post-primary education in the Sultanate of Oman for the academic year (2017/2018) from the governorates of North Batinah, Muscat, Buraimi. The researcher used a questionnaire that consisted of four axes: the axis of attitudes towards entrepreneurship, the axis of self-confidence, the axis of self-esteem, and the axis of motivation for achievement. The results of the study showed that the levels of attitudes toward entrepreneurship among students were high. The results also showed that there is no meaningful differences among students' attitudes towards entrepreneurship due to gender variable and guardian's occupation. The results further showed bigger natural differences among the sample in the levels of attitudes towards entrepreneurship due to provinces' characteristics. The results of the study also showed strong interactions among students' attitudes toward entrepreneurship and the selected psychological variables (self-confidence, self-esteem, motivation for achievement) respectively, the positive relationship between students' attitudes towards entrepreneurship and psychological variables in general was also observable for the sample in question.
