The study aimed at investigating the ways of making use of the quality circles in improving the UAE schools. It also aimed at identifying quality circles' nature, work mechanism, aims, organizational structure and the benefits of its application. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher reviewed and analyzed the related literature. A questionnaire that consists of ( 35 ) items was categorized under three dimensions: School and educational leaders' support and provision for applying quality circles program, creating a flexible administrative and organizational environment for implementing quality circles, allocating the necessary financial and human resources. The study sample consisted of (74) principals. The statistical data was analyzed by using frequencies, means, standard deviation, ranks, T- test, and One-way ANOVA. The main findings of the study are as follows: 1- The participants' ratings of the three dimensions were high. 2- There were no statistically significant differences among the respondents in the three dimensions attributed to gender, experience, academic qualification and type of school level. The main suggestions and recommendations are summarized in the following: -It is necessary to have an awareness and understanding of the quality circles' philosophy and the theoretical basis and background before implementing it. - It is necessary to gain the continuous positive support of the school and educational leaders and their subordinates in order to ensure the success
of the quality circles, to pave the way for creative environment that develops confidence school administrators and teaching staff, to help in overcoming any obstacles that may be encountered in the work environment and creating better relationship among the administrators and their colleagues.
