The present study aimed to early identify the developmental disabilities among kindergarten kids in Muscat. To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher used the list of developmental disabilities has three axes: cognitive disabilities, language disabilities and visual motor disabilities. The study conduct sample of 10 from kindergarten kids in Muscat. The study found that the rate of spreading developmental disabilities of kids in kindergarten in Muscat reaches 1%. The rate of children who has risk of learning disabilities reaches was 17.9%.The results indicated that there was statistically significant differences in the average developmental disabilities for the type towards the males. Also, there were significant differences in the variable educational program in the third axe towards international schools and there were differences in the variable educational qualification of the teacher whose have secondary qualification. In addition, there were differences in the variable level of education of the mother towards mothers with secondary qualification and there were differences in variable of mother's work towards mothers jobless. Finally, results showed that there weren't any difference in variable teacher experience and there weren't any differences in the variable of father's level of education and father jobless there weren't any differences in the variable of father's job.
