The study aimed to find out the administrative requirements which are needed to implement Continuous Assessment system in the Omani basic schools. Moreover, the study aimed to find out the availability of such requirements in the schools. Another aim of the study was to explore the affect of job, sex and the region upon the sample of study. To achieve these goals, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (62) items, divided into (3)broad categories, administrative, financial and social and school service. After verifying the validity and reliability of the tool, the questionnaire then distributed to the sample from two educational regions: Muscat and A' Dakhilia. The sample consists of(60)school headmasters,(40)supervisors, (12) administrative supervisors,(280) teachers and (32) social schools assistant. The researcher also interviewed (16) administrators from the General Directorate of Education and (20) parents. The study revealed the following results: The requirements on the most important level were organized in a descending order as follows: Financial, administrative, social and school service. 2. The requirements on the medium level were organized as follows: administrative, social and school service, financial. 3. There were significant statistical differences at (a=0,05) between the mean of headmasters' rating and the mean of the teachers' rating on the availability of the administrative requirements. The difference came in favor of headmasters. 4. There were significant statistical differences at (á= 0,05) between the mean of headmasters' rating and the mean of the teachers' rating on the domain of social and school service. The difference came in favor of headmasters. 5. There were significant statistical differences at (a= 0,05) between the mean of headmaster's rating and the mean of the teachers rating on all requirements. The difference came in favor of headmasters. 6 There were no statisticall differences at (a= 0,05) between males and females about the domain of the availability of administrative requirements regarding Continuous Assessment. 7. There were no statistically differences at (a= 0, 05) between participants from the two regions about the domain of the availability of administrative requirements regarding Continuous Assessment
