The study aimed to identify the training needs of teachers of students with learning disabilities according to the 21st century skills. The descriptive survey method was used on a sample of 272 female teachers. These teachers responded to a questionnaire consisted of 28 items representing the following three dimensions: learning and innovation skills, life and career skills, and digital literacy skills. The results showed that the level of the training needs of teachers of learning disabilities ranged between high and moderate on the dimensions and items of the questionnaire. The results also showed that there were significant differences in digital literacy skills in favor of teachers with the level of postgraduate studies. Other differences in the life and career skills were favor of teachers with teaching experience of 10 years or less. Furthermore, the results indicated that there were significant differences in the digital literacy skills and life and career skills in favor of the governorates of Muscat, North AlShrqya, and South AlShrqya as well. The study recommended the necessity of integrating the 21st century skills in the programs of preparing learning disabilities teachers in universities, and conducting training workshops for them based on these skills.
