This study aims to address the teacher's reality and try to rise with him, in terms of clarifying jurisprudence related to the teacher with himself, with his students and with his institution. With reference to the positive effects of the commitment of those provisions in the scientific and educational attainment. To achieve this, I set up a plan of three chapters based on reality: Chapter I: The provisions of the teacher with himself. Chapter II: The provisions of the teacher with his students Chapter III: The provisions of the teacher with his institution I have done the following: 1. Extract the legal provisions relating to teacher's reality with himself, with his students and with his institution. 2. Collect jurisprudence from books related to teacher, The main findings include: 1. teacher must characterized by the dedication to God, and has to be a good example for his students, and to be fit for teaching by his scientific competence and wisdom in his actions. Teacher shouldn't stop from seeking for science by which he can perform his responsibility which is; teaching science for students - each teacher according to his specialty, and has to seek and collect science continuously. 2. The teacher must be diligent in fulfilling the student's right in teaching, and that does not slackens or neglect, It is not permissible to teach without a knowledge and not to says everything that he hears until checks and be sure of what he says whether it is true or not. 3. If teaching was paid for; whether the education of legitimate or worldly science, then the refrain from teaching is prohibited cause sins, because he is under leasing contract, and he must fulfill his obligations. 4. Phenomenon of not commitment or being not loyal to his duties, due to the lack of his religious faith and also the lack of appropriate legal deterrent.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة واقع المعلم ومحاولة الارتقاء به، من حيث توضيح الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالمعلم مع نفسه وطلابه ومؤسسته، مع الإشارة إلى الآثار الإيجابية للالتزام بتلك الأحكام في التحصيل العلمي والتربوي. ولتحقيق ذلك قمت بإعداد خطة من ثلاثة فصول بناء على الواقع، وهي: 1- الفصل الأول: أحكام المعلم مع نفسه 2- الفصل الثاني: أحكام المعلم مع طلابه
