Religious rites are the external manifestation of religion, and they differ from freedom of religious belief, because belief is a matter of conscience and conscience. As for the practice of religious rites, it must take an external manifestation expressed, so the intervention of the law was an important and vital matter for many levels including are all religions allowing its followers to practice their religious rituals in public? Or the public practice of religious rituals in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Sultanate of Oman is restricted to religions over others?
