The engineering construction industry is one of the largest projects at the international level because of the large amounts of money it takes, the time it takes to complete it, its complexity and the complexity of the contractual relations associated with it. The FIDIC Dispute Resolution Board (1999), which is an excellent way to resolve disputes, despite some of the shortcomings of this relatively modern mechanism, however, it remains the most appropriate mechanism currently in place, which is more successful than the previous one (the mechanism that prevailed in 1987), which was given the consultant engineer very wide powers in resolving the dispute, which made him a ruling and an opponent at the same time and led to the reluctance of the parties of international trade to work in favor of the new mechanism of the Council Disputes.
