This study was designed to reveal the relationship between psychological well-being and psychological immunity of officers working in the General Command of the Abu Dhabi Police and also to find out the differences in psychological well-being between males and females, Recognizing the extent to which psychological well-being contributes to predicting psychological immunity, it also aims to identify differences in the level of psychological immunity of Abu Dhabi Police General Command officers according to some variables (Sex, age, experience, scientific qualification, marital status, rank), the sample of the study was selected in a caste random way to ensure the scientific representation of society The results of the study showed that the level of psychological well-being of officers in the General Command of the Abu Dhabi Police was averaged on the scale as a whole with an average calculation of 4.47, A standard deviation of 0.65, while the level of psychological immunity of the Abu Dhabi Police General Command officers was averaged on the scale as a whole with an average calculation of 3.00, A standard deviation of 0.41, in addition to a statistically significant positive correlation between the overall degree of psychological well-being and the overall degree of psychological immunometer (0.533), The results also showed a statistically significant positive correlation between the dimensions of psychological well-being and the dimensions of psychological immunity ranging from 0.188 to 0.529. and the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological well-being of each of the sex variables, years of service social status and military rank, while there are some differences in age variables in favour of 21-30 years of age, The scientific qualification variable in favour of higher qualifications, together with the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of psychological immunity of each sex variable, Scientific qualification, while there are some differences in age variables in favour of a 21-30 year old, Years of service, military rank and social status, so based on the findings of the present study a number of recommendations have been made, Such as guidance and psychological support to improve the level of self-acceptance and positive relations with others by the competent authorities of the General Command of the Abu Dhabi Police, particularly in the competent units.
