This study aims to highlight the commercial agency located on services in Oman, where we find that the Omani legislator has taken care of everything related to commercial agencies and listed them in more than one law, such as the Omani Trade Law, the Law of Commercial Agencies and the Civil Transactions Act, and here was the research in The reality of the commercial agency located on services in Oman by reading the relevant laws and demonstrating the importance of this type of agency to the parties to the Agency's contract with its obligations and guarantees to guarantee the rights of each of them, as well as its role in the development of the national economy and its importance in the success of international trade relations. The letter adopted the descriptive analytical approach, collecting data from theoretical heritage and previous studies in this area, as well as relying on the laws mentioned, analysing and interpreting them to reach final results. The research found that the concept of a commercial agency located on services is clear and specific in Omani legislation through the law of commercial agencies, and the Omani legislator has included all aspects related to the contract of the commercial agency located on the services in terms of characteristics, features, conditions, pillars, etc. This study provides some recommendations and proposals aimed at developing and highlighting the commercial agency located on services in Oman where the researcher recommends the need to pay attention to the activation of this type of commercial agencies and prove its presence in the Omani economic community through promotional and media campaigns, and encourages the application of the palace system to achieve the necessary protection of the agent under specific conditions and controls.
