It also contributed to guiding and illuminating legal professionals to develop and define litigation strategies. It also constitutes an effective tool in developing litigation systems and achieving effective judicial justice, which undoubtedly contributes to achieving legal and judicial security in society. The role of artificial intelligence in the judicial field has increased through the effective analysis of evidence and digital evidence analysis as well. This collaborated in taking legal decisions faster and more accurately, at a time when relying on digital evidence has become of great importance in litigation. This research seeks to identify the role of artificial intelligence in developing the use of digital evidence and its analysis. It is to reach judicial justice for achieving legal security in society through court decisions which are primarily based on digital evidence and through techniques and algorithms of artificial intelligence.
