This paper focuses on economic dimension of culture، its importance and role as an element of economic development and growth. The culture of any region is influenced by many factors including technology، number of immigrants، location as well as other societal factors. As the country grows، its culture also grows and culture diversified. This is also the part of economic development. Arab world is a good instance to describe the impact of culture. All the Arab countries have unique and distinctive culture. The Arabic language is common in the region. Whereas، country wise there are some differences in customs، traditions، which makes every country unique in its own culture. In this paper Oman has been taken as an example، the economic dimension of culture will be highlight in discussion. Oman has a very strong and unique culture and in a result it is one of the reasons to attract millions of tourist every year. This strong and solid culture has many social and economic implications which are discussed in this paper.
