The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of psychodrama program in developing the self-esteem among grade ten female students who are exposed to abuse, and to know the extent of the contribution of psychodrama program and its multiple techniques in the development of self-esteem among grade ten students exposed to abuse in the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consisted of (6) female student from grade ten exposed to abuse, were chosen by the method of purposive sample. The researcher used the Tarawneh Scale (1999) of exposed to abuse, El Shenawy scale (1998) for Self-Esteem, and the psychodrama program prepared for the study by the researcher, after verifying honesty and consistency of all scales and their suitability for study purposes. The study results showed that: the statistically significant differences were at (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post measurement of the self-esteem scale. These differences were in favor of post-scale due to the application of psychodrama program that prepared for this study. There are statistically significant differences in (α = 0.05) level between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post measurement of exposure to abuse scale. These differences were in favor of post-scale as a result of the psychodrama program which applied in study.
