This study dealt with one of the most important marine areas in the Sultanate of Oman, which is the exclusive economic zone to which the Sultanate has joined since 1989. These letters came in fifth part of the ruling and its subject matter. This study was dealt with in two main chapters preceded by it: preliminary on the exclusive economic zone in the light of the United Nations Convention of 1982AD. The first chapter of the study on the Omani exclusive economic zone within the framework of the legal assessment of the Omani exclusive economic zone regarding the rights and obligations of exclusivity. The second chapter discussing the legal system of Omani exclusive economic zone and its implications for the rights and obligations. The study concluded with a number of findings and recommendations.
