The researcher's research goal is to study the analogy of resemblance with Ibadism and its jurisprudential applications (Usuli study and Jurisprudential) and to indicate its types, conditions, jurisprudential applications, and role in forming preferences of opinions; this is accomplished through an introduction and three chapters, each of which includes sections and subsections.Then, the study ended with a conclusion and recommendations. In the introductory chapter, we talk about the definition of Qiyas ("analogical deduction") and its types in Ibadism. This chapter is divided into two sections: the first discusses Qiyas "analogical deduction" in the language and Ibadism terminology, and the second discusses Qiyas evidence and types at Ibadism, concluding that an analogy of resemblance is classified as a type of Qiyas, along with analogical deduction and inferred analogy. In the first chapter, the researcher dealt with the analogy of resemblance. The chapter is divided into four sections: the first one is about the definition of the analogy of resemblance and the terms related to it; the second section deals with the evidences of the analogy of resemblance; the third section touches on the types of the analogy of resemblance; and the last section deals with the analogy of resemblance conditions.
