The study aimed to identify the Perinatal Mortality Rate as a Quality Indicator of Healthcare in Al-Dakhiliyah Region, Oman. The study came to a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the main causes of premature neonatal deaths in the study sample are closely related to the frequency of congenital malformations and prematurity with complications.
