The study aims to identify the reality of employing the electronic management potentials in administrative processes of the Omani (5-10) basic schools and explore the study variables' (gender, job, managerial experience, technological experience, qualification, and educational region) effect on that reality. The study sample consists of (290) principals and their assistants in (5-10) basic education schools in some educational regions; representing (70%) of the study population. The questionnaire was distributed to all members of the sample including male and female principals and their assistants. The The researcher used the questionnaire as the study instrument. He has developed it as a tool to collect data. It included (69) items, distributed on three sections. Statistical treatments using: means, standard deviations, t-test of two independent samples, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Schaffe test for post analyses were used. One of the main findings of the study was that employing e-management potentials in its three fields has come at a medium level. There was no statistical significant differences at (a=0.05) in employing e-management potentials in administrative processes of the Omani (5-10) basic schools due to gender, job, administrative experience, and educational region in the three study fields. In addition, there was no statistical significant differences due to technological experience in both organization and evaluation fields. However, statistical significant differences were found for this variable in the planning field in favor of (more than 10 years) category. The study has posed a set of recommendations and suggestions. Among the most important recommendations are: the preparation of strategic plans and goals of employing the electronic management potentials in administrative processes with the participation of all employees in the Ministry of Education, the General Directorates of Education in the Education Governorates and schools; provision of financial and human resources necessary to employ the electronic management in schools; and provision of the communication infrastructure such as Internet service and linking the schools with Internal networks.
