English abstract
The aim of this study is to identify to what extent parent assemblies at the levels of Wilayat in Oman are effective in carrying out their tasks. The statistic differences in the degree of the effectiveness of these assemblies at the weathercocks of gender, experience, qualification and job according to the point of view of the sample have been studied. The study aims to identify the difficulties which parent assemblies face according to the members of these assemblies at Schools of Al – Dakhlia Governorate, Oman.To achieve these aims, the comparative and descriptive methods have been used. A questionnaire as a tool has been used for the field study. It was applied on a sample of sixty persons of school managers, teachers, social specialists and parents.
