English abstract
The main objectives of this study was to investigate the degree application of organizational learning in the post-basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman. The study also examined the relationship between dimensions organizational learning and human capital development. To meet the objectives of the study a survey questionnaire was used to collect data from a stratified
randomly sample of 607 teachers. The main results show that the weakness of the seven dimensions of organizational learning were empowering teachers towards a collective vision and creating systems to capture and share learning.
On the other hand, the most obvious strength was the promotion of inquiry dialogue. The main results of human capital show that the weakness of the four axes was the evaluation and follow-up of the teachers, while the most strength was the development of qualification. The result also shows that there were statistically significant differences in the average scores of the teachers in the dimensions of organizational learning and human capital, due to the variable type in favor of females.. Finally, the result shows that there is a positive correlation between the dimensions of organizational learning human capital at the level of significant is less than (a = 0.01).
