English abstract
The aim of this mission to study the effect of the dispose of the establishment on the work relationship, to show the base of Continuation of the work Agreements, consider to the Target related to the report for work agreements when dispose the establishment or been transfer to a new person due to this we concentrate on the study deeply to know all the dimensions of this subject and been highlighted in the form of the following questions.
1-what legal bases considering the continuation of works agreements?
2- What is the conditions required for that?
3- What cases been referred in Oman Laws to adopt this? Are there any other Cases the law decided about it? 4-What is the legal effect on adopting this mission?
To answer all these questions the study is open to accept researches based on two subjects.
1- Is to concentrate on studying law bases and the conditions required for this mission.
2- The legal side effects when addopting these study hoping that this mission is successfully accepted
