English abstract
This study aimed to show the contributions of women and their presence in the Omani society during the first Hijrah centuries, and to highlight their contributions in the cultural, political and economic fields.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the historical analytical approach and the technical approach in the analysis and reading of the texts contained in the doctrinal sources, which are considered essential in this study. They are an important resource for historical and cultural material and the jurisprudence and fatwas in it expresses the privacy of the Omani society. The historical material derived from it is considered a pure material that is not marred by mistakes, because its purpose is not to document and write history, and historical fallacies and it was not written in favor of a certain category, but the purpose of which is to keep doctrinal issues and answers to them, as well as the sciences of assistance.
