This study aimed to identify the level of two dimensions of academic parental involvement as perceived by students and their attitude toward learning in Grade Ten in Sultanate of Oman. It also aimed to find out which one of two dimensions of the academic parental involvement can prcdict academic achievement and attitude towards learning. The sample of the study consisted of (380) male and female students in Grade Ten in Al Daklia in Sultanate of Oman. Tow instruments are used to answer the questions which are: The scale of academic parental involvement as perceived by student (father scale & mother scale) & scale of attitude towards learning. Also degree's collections of students on the last of first semester 2017/2018 are used to measure their academic achievement. To analyze data statically, the researcher used mean, frequencies, One sample T-test, & stepwise multiple regression. The results indicated the following: -A level of dimension "father's school participation" is high. The level of dimension "parental communication" of the father is average and less than the theoretical average, while the level of dimension "school participation" of the mother is average and higher than the theoretical average. The level of dimension "school communication" of the mother is low. The level of attitude towards learning is high. The results showed that the gender and the second dimension "school participation" of the father and mother have the ability to predict the academic achievement and attitude towards learning. Also there were no differences between males and females except the dimension "school participation" of the mother for females. And the firs dimension "school communication" for father and mother did not predict the academic achievement and attitude towards learning for students in Grade Ten in Sultanate of Oman.
