technological vigilance, competitive vigilance, environmental vigilance, and
organizational vigilance, while the risk management section included four
dimensions: identification and analysis, assessment, response and treatment,
and follow up and improvement.
Data was collected from the whole study population with a total number
of 367 valid responses from three categories of employees in the Ministry of
Education: senior management positions, executive management positions,
and consulting and technical positions.

the strategic vigilance indicators and risk management practices in the
Ministry of Education. The results also show that there is a positive, strong
and direct correlation between strategic vigilance indicators and risk
