English abstract
The study aimed to identify the quality of student services at Sultan Qaboos University in the light of its strategic plan 2016/2040 from the students' point of view, and to identify the obstacles to applying the quality of student services, and to identify the requirements for the applying of student services quality, and to determine the extent of the existence of statistically significant differences between individual responses The study sample was attributed to the two variables (gender, college type) and to achieve the goals of the study, the descriptive method was used, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for his study and included (60) phrases, divided into three fields, and the study tool was applied to a sample of Sultan Qaboos University students who are (300) .
