English abstract
The study aimed to find out the degree of management knowledge of school administrators. And level of their performance in school management. It also aimed to find out the relationship between administrators knowledge and their performance in school management from the point of view of school administrators, and supervisors administrators in the interior province.
The study sample also was (160) administrators and administrators supervisors. To achieve the goals of the study, descriptive approach was used through questionnaire of (50) statements. the study results showed that knowledge management practices among school administrators was significantly high with an average of (3.99).The results of t-test showed that there ware on statistically significant differences in the degree of knowledge management practice attributed to the variables of (gender job degree experience).The results of all areas of the second part of the questionnaire showed very high levels of performance among school administrators. The study results showed that there a moderate correlation (.59) between knowledge management of school administrators and their performance.
Based on the findings of the study, the researcher concluded with a number of recommendations. The first recommendation is to concern for knowledge management through activating knowledge generation, the second recommendation is documenting ideas, experiences and skills of school administrators and available for use. Also Ministry of Education should conduct workshops for school administrators in order to enlight them in modern management practice such as concept, activities and processes of knowledge management.
