English abstract
The recent study aimed to identify the barriers faced by school administration in the implementation of entrepreneurship in post-basic schools in the Sultanate of Oman. And to come up with procedures to overcome the barriers faced by school administration, to introduce entrepreneurship in post-basic schools in the Sultanate of Oman, and to achieve the objectives of the report, an online questionnaire was created. It consists of 60 paragraphs, divided on six key points, which are human, material, financial, organizational, legislative, technical and cultural barriers. The study sample included 555 people, including (51) managers, (53) assistant managers, (20) financial administrative specialists, and (431) teachers from post-basic education institutions, and they were selected by a simple random process, from the five governorates of the Sultanate, namely the governorate of Muscat, Al-Batinah North, Al-Dakhiliyah, Al-Buraimi, and Sharqia South. The results of the study concluded that there are challenges faced by the school administration in the introduction of entrepreneurship in post-basic schools in the Sultanate of Oman. It is categorized as the following (financial, cultural, material, technological, legislative, regulatory and human) and at a high level at all points of the questionnaire, and was the highest average arithmetic of financial barriers; average was for human disabilities. The current research shows that there are statistically significant variations in the degree of significance (a?0.05) between the response of the study sample (male-female) to females and there are differences in the response of the study sample to females depending on their job title. Where there have been disparities in terms of human handicaps in favor of the Assistant Principal and the School Principal in material and financial barriers, as well as statistically important differences in the educational governorate component, there have been differences in terms of material and human barriers in favor of the Dakhiliyah governorate.
