English abstract
The study was aimed at identifying the readiness of the Ministry of Housing
and Urban Planning for a digital transformation and the impact on the quality
of the services provided by the Ministry. The researcher used the Descriptive
analytical method. The questionnaire was used as a tool for information
collection and represented the study community from staff working in the
various departments and departments of the Ministry. The class random

There is considerable approval about digital transformation and its impact on
the quality of the service provided by the Ministry of Housing, while sector of
e-government the ratio was a medium to a large approval ratio, while in the
sector of information technology the rate of approval was very high, and in
the combined effect and dimensions of digital transformation the degree of
approval was slightly high.
It also found that there are no statistically significant differences between the
averages of the type (male/female), nor are there any statistically significant
differences between sampling averages attributed to (experience and scientific
qualification).
Based on the findings of the research, one of the most important
recommendations was the need to promote a culture of digital transformation
among the personnel of the Ministry of Housing and Planning and the need to
hold training courses and workshops for staff in digital transformation and
governance programmes. The study also urged the dissemination and transfer
of successful experiences in digital transformation to less efficient institutions
under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
