The study aimed at constructing a collective advisory program and makes t ready for application with its procedures, tools and activities.
This proposed advisory program was constructed based on the theoretical aspects written in this field as well as the previous studies that dealt with future anxiety and ways to reduce it. Example of previous studies include ( Ashri 2004, Al Mashayki 2009, Al Mahrooqi 2012, AI Sharji 2012).
The proposed advisory program consisted of one session prior to applying the actual program which aimed at measuring future anxiety as a prior test on the study group. Then the program conducted 14 advisory in the program applica on stage. Each session lasted for about (60-90) minutes twice a week. The first session aimed at introducing the group members to the program and its importance and the benefits they would get by joining such program as well as building confidence and familiarity between the advisor and the advisory group. The second and third sessions aimed at getting familiar with the term "anxiety" and its Syndromes. They also aimed at getting familiar with the term "future anxiety" and stating its causes and negative effects. The forth session aimed at clarifying the relation between anxiety and muscle tension and the role of muscle relaxation process in reducing anxiety. The fifth up to the thirteenth session aimed at providing the sample members with new emotional and informative styles which enable them to face anxiety and applying some remedial styles to monitor anxiety, replace negative emotions with positive ones using imagination. They also aimed at training the sample member on emotion control skills, fear monitoring, self-affirmation and life priorities ordering. In addition, these sessions aimed at using the formative remedy through adopting new philosophy and new thinking strategies and styles. The fourteenth session aimed at

assessing the program by identifying its strength and weakness points. It also aimed at knowing how the participants feel after the program.
In order to apply the advisory program and to achieve its goals, the researcher suggested groups of advisory styles which include: discussion, reinforcement, muscle relaxation, feedback, homework, summarizing, sampling, self-affirmation, fear control, priorities ordering and anger control.
The researcher suggested the following tools to apply the advisory styles: whiteboard, markers, data show device, computer, transparencies, gifts and the training cards.
Finally, the researcher hopes that this advisory program would be applied to further investigation of its effectiveness in reducing future anxiety of technical colleges' students in Oman and benefit from the program by applying some of the advisory styles mentioned in the study.
