English abstract
The purpose of this study is to introduce the basic requirements essential for
applying any quality system in administrative work in the directorates of Education
and Learning in Sharqia provinces. Furthermore, this study aims to identify if there
are differences in the availability in these requirements due to variables differences
in gender, educational qualification, job experience, job position, and department and
division.
A sample of (36) person which ment (44%) of the original community (manager,
vice manager, head of a division) was randomly selected.
A questionnaire depending on relevant studies and literature was developed. It
and consisted of (58) items distributed into (3)uomains.

The data was analyzed using means, standard deviation and t-test. The result
indicates that requirements of Quality application in administrative work in the

directorates of Education and Learning in Sharqia provinces are available in a low to
an average level.
In addition, the study leaded to some recommendations, the importance of
enhancing quality requirements is essential before applying any system of quality.
High administration support for the new quality system used is crucial for successful
implementation. Moreover, The Directorates should work to build up a positive
conjoint system to store, institutive culture towards quality application and set a
retrieve and dispose data and information.
