English abstract
The objective of the present study was to identify the administrative communication patterns of the principals of basic and post-primary education schools and their relation to the job satisfaction of the teachers in the internal governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. In order to achieve these objectives, the study used the descriptive approach. The questionnaire was used to collect data and information, (258) teachers and teachers.
The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which were:
✓ The use of school communication styles by school principals was largely in the various schools of the governorate of interior in the Sultanate of Oman.
✓ There are no statistically significant differences between gender variables, experience, educational qualification, teaching stage, and the total degree of administrative communication patterns.
✓ There is a high level of job satisfaction for teachers in various schools in the governorate of interior in the Sultanate of Oman.
✓ There are no statistically significant differences between the total degree of job satisfaction and gender variables, teaching stage, experience, educational qualification.
There was a high positive correlation between the total number of administrative communication patterns and the total number✓ of job satisfaction axes at the level of statistical significance, with Pearson correlation coefficient (0.603).
In light of these findings, the study recommended a number of recommendations, such as
✓ Planning for the design and implementation of programs and workshops in the modes of administrative communication for school principals, and follow-up to see the impact of training on managers, as well as the extent of the impact on the job satisfaction of teachers. ✓ Enhancing administrative communication patterns by encouraging free communication in all directions, and not systematic activities from scientific and cultural seminars, and leisure trips.
✓ Evaluation of the process of communication within the educational
system, to find out the reasons for progress and difficulties.
