English abstract
The research aims to detect the degree to which these criteria of language tests are practiced for Arabic teachers with non-Arabic speakers in the sultanate of Oman. In addition, to show the effect of study variables: gender and academic qualification and years of experiences depending on practice degree.
The study's community contains all genres of Arabic teachers for non-Arabic speakers and study's sample contained (34) participants of female and male teachers.
The study followed descriptive approach and to achieve the aims of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire based on relevant studies and literature and then to ensure its validation to be checked by the supervisor and a group of judges.
After arbitration, the questionnaire contained (42) items distributed across three aspects: preparation and design, application, and correction and result investment.
After applying on the study's sample, data is analyzed by using analytic program (SPSS).The findings of that study:
1.findings of that study showed that the total degree to which these criteria of language tests are practiced for Arabic teachers with non-Arabic speakers in the sultanate of Oman is very high in the three aspects. Whereas the practice achieved the same degree in preparation and design aspect, application aspect, and correction and result investment aspect.
2.There aren't statistically significant differences at the level of among the individual of the study's sample in the degree of their practice of language tests' criteria attributed to gender variable.
3.There aren't statistically significant differences at the level of among the individual of the study's sample in the degree of their practice of language tests' criteria attributed to academic qualification variable.
4.There aren't statistically significant differences at the level of among the individual of the study's sample in the degree of their practice of language tests' criteria attributed to years of experience variable.
The findings have been interpreted in light of the findings of previous studies, and the conclusion of some recommendations and suggested researches.
