Religious rites are the external manifestation of religion, and they differ from freedom of religious belief, because belief is a matter of conscience and conscience.
As for the practice of religious rites, it must take an external manifestation expressed, so the intervention of the law was an important and vital matter for many levels including are all religions allowing its followers to practice their religious rituals in public? Or the public practice of religious rituals in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Sultanate of Oman is restricted to religions over others? It concluded with the religions whose followers are allowed to practice their religious rites in public, which are the only three monotheistic religions. As well as setting controls for the practice of religious rites themselves, and the need to maintain public order, public health, and the rights and freedoms of others, and finally setting controls related to the establishment of places of worship necessary to practice religious rites.
