English abstract
The search discusses problem of exploitation of persons vagabonds (Vagrancy) in side of the country (Internally displaced persons), and define the exploitation, by the united nations protocol to prevent, suppress and punish trafficking in persons, especially woman and children, supplementing the convention on transnational organized crime, defines trafficking as : "The recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring or receipt of persons, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, abduction, fraud, deception, the abuse of power or a position of vulnerability or the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitations. It shall include, at a minimum, the exploitations of other or other forms of sexual exploitations, forced labor or services, slavery or practices similar to slavery or servitude or the removal of organs". The definitions makes clear that trafficking covers all kinds of exploitations.
