English abstract
This Study aimed to reveal the level of teachers' practices of mathematics
teachers in the second cycle to develop learning and creativity skills. According
to the twenty-first century requirements in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate.
For this purpose, a questionnaire consisting of (30) items was used. The items
were distributed within three dimensions distributed on three axes: problem
solving and critical thinking (15) items, communication and cooperation (9)
items, integration and creativity (6) items, and the validity of the tool was
verified by and the arbitrators' sincerity, and the internal consistency was
calculated. By calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient between the
vertebrae and the axis, its reliablity was verified by Cronbach's alpha and found
to be equal to (0.95). The study was applied to a sample of (85) teachers of
mathematics in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate.
The results of the study showed that the level to which mathematics
teachers practiced learning and creativity skills according to the requirements
of the twenty-first century was to a large degree and with an arithmetic mean
(3.96), Also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the
significance level (0.05) in the teaching practices of mathematics teachers in
the second cycle according to the twenty-first- century requirements in North
Al Sharqiya governorate in all axes of a whole is attributed to the variable of
gender, educational qualification and training workshops, and there are
statistically significant differences due to, the variable of years of experience in
the axis of critical thinking and problem solving and in the tool as a whole.
The researcher recommended several recommendations, the most
important of which are: Spreading the culture of practicing learning skills and
teaching creativity to mathematics teachers among the school community,
through holding conferences.
