Youth, as it represents the vital pillar of the social structure, has the right to be given the opportunity to perform its social role in society, in its construction, development and growth. And the good performance of this expected role comes only by providing the conditions for creative interaction of young people within society, which highlight knowledge as one of the most important conditions required for interaction, but the desired interaction is affected by several circumstances that prevent their involvement in public community life, including ignorance or poor awareness of the elements engage. This is while the nature of the era with its technical and cultural developments, this era known as the age of knowledge urges the youth to interact and launch, albeit electronically, with the post-written culture, the culture of the information age, and most of the youth in our Arab society have responded to that, in exchange for the difficulty in breaking into The world of newly invented technologies, with what it requires of a professional mentality that is ready to absorb it and prepared to master the work on its inventions and innovations. This difficulty is still increasing the alienation of the skilled and prepared young generation from the adult generation that did not live, did not master, and did not have sufficient preparation for the requirements of those inventions and innovations. In addition, these global developments help young people discover many contradictions in the existing controversy about their relationship to their culture, their frame of reference, family and society, and their relationship to the developments of the era and its rapid changes, which leads them to a kind of imbalance in their network of relationships and to a kind of dispersion in the formation of their ideas, especially since they are He has become absorbed in the data of a global culture that transcends political, geographical and cultural borders.
