The study "The Impact of Applying the E-Training Strategy on Work Alienation of Royal Oman Police Officers in the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate Command" is likely to aim to investigate the effect of electronic training on job alienation among Royal Oman Police officers in the south Al Sharqiyah Governorate. Work alienation refers to feelings of detachment, helplessness, and a lack of meaning in the workplace. Through the implementation of the e-training strategy, the study is likely to seek to determine whether this approach to training and development can positively affect job satisfaction and reduce feelings of job alienation among officers.
The results of the study determined the effect of applying the e-training strategy on alienation from work among Royal Oman Police officers in the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate Command. The findings could inform future efforts to improve training and development in the police force and to enhance job satisfaction and well-being among officers.
It is likely that the recommendations contained in the study "The Impact of Applying the E-Training Strategy on Work Alienation Among Royal Oman Police Officers in the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate Command" depend on the results of the study.
