English abstract
This research aims to identify the role of human resources in achieving institutional excellence, a case study of the Omani Indian Fertilizer Company in its various dimensions (human knowledge - human capabilities - human skills and human behaviors) on institutional excellence. In order to reach the research objectives, the descriptive approach was used based on the analytical method. The problem of the study was represented in the following question: What is the role of human resources in achieving institutional excellence in the Omani Indian Fertilizer Company? The study population consisted of workers in the Omani Indian Fertilizer Company. Their number is (320) employees. A soft sample of (200) employees was selected. The questionnaires were distributed to the study sample. The results of the study showed that the level of human knowledge in the Omani Indian Fertilizer Company was high, the level of human capabilities in the Omani Indian Fertilizer Company was high, and the level of human skills in the Omani Indian Fertilizer Company was high. Human behaviors in the Omani Indian Fertilizer Company were of a high degree. The human resources in the Omani Indian Fertilizer Company were at a high degree and the level of institutional excellence in the Omani Indian Fertilizer Company was at a high degree. One of the recommendations of the study is to raise the skill levels of workers necessary to deal with the programs and applications that are used in the company.
