English abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of different learning styles, including visual, auditory, kinesthetic and sensory, and reading and writing, on the motivation of employees in OQ Refineries and Petrochemicals Company, as well as the role of achievement motivation in this relationship. To achieve this objective, the researcher designed a questionnaire and distributed it to a random sample of 451 employees in the company. The descriptive-analytical method and the statistical analysis software SPSS were used to analyze the data.
The results showed that the learning styles in the company are positive in all dimensions, and that auditory learning style has a positive effect on achievement motivation. The learning style of reading and writing had a moderate impact on achievement motivation. The study also found that the variation in learning styles significantly affects the relationship. The study recommended increasing attention to learning styles in the company and enhancing continuous training programs. It also suggested implementing general policies to encourage employees to identify their dominant learning styles, updating and improving learning methods and efficiency, and seeking independent funding sources to enhance the training system.
