English abstract
The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the quality of electronic services (responsiveness - reliability - ease of use - security - website design) on the employees of the General Establishment for Industrial Estates - Madayn. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of all employees working in the institution. General Establishment for Industrial Estates - Mada'in, numbering (600) employees. The actual sample for the study consisted of a random sample of (203) administrative leaders, engineers, and accountants from the employees of the General Establishment for Industrial Estates - Mada'in. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the study reached several results, the most important of which is: There is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (0.01) between the quality of electronic services and its dimensions (responsiveness - reliability - ease of use - security - website design) in the General Organization for Industrial Estates - Mada’in Ali. Employee performance, as the correlation coefficient between the quality of electronic services and the performance of employees was positive and has a direct relationship. This means that the elements of the quality of electronic services have an impact on the performance of employees, as the statistical significance reached (0.000) and the Pearson correlation coefficient was in all dimensions of the quality of electronic services. positively, The results also revealed the presence of a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) for each of (reliability - responsiveness - ease of use - website design - security) on the performance of employees in the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates - Madayn - in the Sultanate of Oman. The study presented a number Among the recommendations, the most important of which are: the need for the concerned authorities in the General Organization for Industrial Estates to focus on the elements that help improve the performance of workers and increase their skills and abilities that achieve the effectiveness of the work environment and enhance production, and the necessity of working to improve the quality of electronic services in industrial institutions.
