English abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of the Corona pandemic on training in the Ministry
of Education in the Sultanate of Oman, as the world has recently witnessed an out-ofcontrol health crisis "Corona Pandemic" (Covid 19), which affected aspects of life in
general and education and training in particular, as the process became The educational
system is heading to a different path from the previous system (the traditional system),
which is the distance learning system, which relies on modern communication
technologies and the Internet. Distance learning was imposed by the pandemic on the
world for human safety and to limit the spread of this deadly epidemic, although the
distance learning strategy existed before the epidemic and was pursued by many
international universities. In light of this, the transition to this method of education in an
environment that is not prepared for that requires skills in order to give its benefit.
Accordingly, this study used the exploratory approach and there are no hypotheses.
Rather, it is defining the reality in light of the Corona pandemic, and the questionnaire
and interviews will be used as tools for collecting statistical data from the sample,
provided that a random sample of (1000) teachers from Muscat Governorate is chosen.
Where the results of the study indicated that the direct training system had stopped due
to the pandemic, as the mean of the impact of the Corona pandemic was (22.24), in
contrast, the mean of the traditional (direct) training axis was lower, which was (17.45),
and this matter was possible due to the situation that swept the whole world and make
distancing inevitable. But the other thing is to exploit the available opportunities, which
is distance training. He had another opinion because he made the continuation of training
an effect of its importance even under emergency conditions, and this was confirmed by
the results of the differences between the arithmetic averages, as the mean of the
electronic training axis was (29.51), in contrast it was the mean of the traditional (direct)
training axis is less, which is (17.45).
