English abstract
The research aims to identify the relationship of administrative creativity as a mediating variable in the relationship between dynamic capabilities and job performance in University institutions. The deductive approach was used to determine the relationships between the research variables. To test the validity of the research hypotheses, several statistical methods were used, such as: testing construct validity, determining reliability, and the stability of the scales included in the questionnaire, finding correlation coefficients, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. The results indicated that the research model has a high degree of validity and reliability. There is a significant correlation between the three research variables, a direct significant positive impact of dynamic capabilities on job performance, a significant positive relationship between dynamic capabilities and administrative creativity, and a direct positive impact of administrative creativity on job performance. Additionally, there is a total and indirect effect of dynamic capabilities on job performance through administrative creativity. Based on these results, the research provided recommendations for university officials to activate dynamic capabilities and administrative creativity to improve job performance.
