English abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of school principals in enhancing the attractive educational environment in public schools in the North Al Sharqiyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman from the point of view of teachers, and to reveal the presence of statistically significant differences regarding the role of school principals in enhancing the attractive educational environment attributed to gender and qualification variables. and years of experience. The study sample included (329) male and female teachers from North Al Sharqiyah Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, where the study relied on a questionnaire. The results of the study found that the degree to which school principals enhanced the attractive educational environment in government schools was high in general. Additionally, there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the sample members’ estimates of the role of school principals in enhancing the attractive educational environment in government schools in the North Al Sharqiyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman due to the variables of gender and years of experience .However, there is no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the sample members’ estimates due to the academic qualification variable.
