English abstract
The current study aimed to identify the emotional balance and its relationship to creative self-efficacy among teachers of mathematics at Muscat governorates. The study sample consists of (114) teachers of mathematics who were selected randomly. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher used notional balance scale which consist of (40) items and creative self-efficacy scale winch consist of (21) items. Correlation descriptive design was used. The results showed that the level of emotional balance was high (Mean 3.90), while the level of creative self-efficacy was high (Mean 3.681 Regarding correlation coefficient, the results showed that there was significant positive correlation between emotional balance and creative self-efficacy. According to regression, the results showed that emotional balance predicts in (15.3%) of creative self-efficacy among teachers of mathematics in Muscat governorates at Sultanate of Oman (R2-0.153) According to variables, the results showed that there was no significant difference in erotional balance due to sex sud years of experience variables. Regarding creative self-effmacy, the results showed that there was no significant difference due to due to sex and years of experience variables
