English abstract
The present study proposed to investigate the effectiveness of a training program for non-verbal communication skills in raising the efficiency of those skills in a sample of some of the outstanding students at some schools in Muscat by answering the following questions:
* What are the main components of appropriate program of the collective guidance to develop of some non-verbal communication skills of the outstanding students?
* What skills are needed on a guide to achieve the objectives of the
training program?
*What best practices can be used in guiding the success of this program
is indicative of collective proposal?
* Is the number of sessions and length of time suitable for the proposed implementation of this program is indicative of collective proposal?
*Are there procedures and other tools can be used in the implementation
of this program is indicative of collective proposal?
This study was designed according to the experimental method to raise the efficiency of the top students in the non-verbal communication skills (tones of voice, facial expressions, gestures, body position, distance).
The study suggested the use of a range of techniques, methods, procedures and activities of the Organization, and derived from the theories of psychological counseling provided in the sessions guiding sequence in order to help students to be trained to develop some communication skills, non-verbal, with the division of students into two groups (25 students) a control group and(25 students) experimental group of schools similar to the level of social and economic status of students as well as reward them in the elements than appreciation academic as a Mgan key in the selection of the sample were also rely on academic achievement, IQ and age as covariates for the study of 0 and the program (14) session, apply two meetings per week, and consists periods of time (60) minutes for a month and a half months ago.
