English abstract
This study aimed to build proposed Group Counseling program based on the habits and study skills to improve the academic achievement for low academic achievement students' in Sultanate of Oman, and this program fits the proposed secondary school students aged between (16 - 18 years) The target population of the study consists of Dhalkut secondary school students mandate in the Dhofar province in Sultanate of Oman, who designed the program for their convenience, and fit for their application.
The indicative proposed program consisted of (13) indicative session applied by two guide guidance program in a week, ranging from a single session between (90 - 60 minutes.)
The researcher has proposed to implement this program many methods indicative represented in: modeling, role playing, feedback, competition dialogue, Simplified lecture, reinforcement, and homework.
For assistance purposes in application of these methods indicative researcher has proposed the following tools: a computer, a display screen, a Width (Prooxima) and movies blackboard, blackboard.
