English abstract
The aim of this study is to know the level of the stress for a group of teachers according to the differences in their social lives and the years of experience. Around 322 cycle two teachers in Muscat were chosen randomly for this study.
The researcher has developed a test of 47 statements to measure the stress and he analysed the results using the Principle Component with Varimax Rotation method and (T) test. In questions 3 & 4 he used Way ANOVAS Two test.
What the teachers suffer from is classified to four categories as the results showed which are financial state, psychological state, the job atmosphere and the social life.
The most important stress which the teachers suffer from are the increasing prices of the essential life needs, low income, depression of the huge work, the depression when a member of the family feels sick, and not being appreciated by the society for the hard work and job requirements.
The study also showed that there is a relation between stress sources and the social state factors, while they don't have relation with the years of experience.
