English abstract
The study aimed at exploring the perceptions of Physical Education (PE) teachers in the Sultanate of Oman about the realities of the prevailing organizational climate and its relationship with their administrative creativity in schools. The sample of the study consisted (333) male and female teachers which represents (30.58%) of the total study population. To collect data, a questionnaire was used consisted of three parts. The first: consisted of demographic information about the participants; the second: focused on dimensions of the organizational climate and the third: contained elements of administrative creativity. Means, standard deviation, T-test, One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Scheffe's Test for Post Hoc Comparisons, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze data. The main results of the study indicated that the prevailing organizational climate was highly positive with a mean of (3.73). The level of administrative creativity was also highly positive with a mean of (3.93). In addition, the results also showed a positive correlation (r=0.53) between the prevailing organizational climate in the Sultanate schools and the level of the administrative creativity. In the light of the results, it is recommended to give teachers monetary and morale incentives on objective basis on ensure excellence and creativity in performance; and to link the incentives system to ideas and tasks that contribute to improving the work. The study was also highlighted many suggestions such as: conducting similar research on Physical education teachers in Basic Education Cycle One (1-4) teachers, in clubs, Omani Sport Unions and Ministry of Sports Affairs
