English abstract
The study aimed to identify the extent of the practice of Islamic education supervisors of human relationships in the supervisory process from the perspective of teachers in the Sultanate of Oman, in the light of the variable Gender. The study population consisted of all teachers of Islamic "education in public schools in the Sultanate of Oman for the academic year 2011/2012, and they were (890). The study sample consisted of (175) teachers from the provinces of South Batinah and the
Dhahira. To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher developed a questionnaire consisted of seven subjects of (42) points. .
Accountability has been confirmed by distributing them to a group of arbitrators, and to ensure stability of the questionnaire by using the (Cronbach's alpha), which was, .96. The study found a set of results including:
•that the practice of Islamic education supervisors of human ' relationships in the supervisory process was high (3.75.)
•There are significant differences between the estimates of the sample to the point of the practice of Islamic education supervisors of human relationships depending on the variable gender in all subjects of the study in favor of females. In light of the results of the study the researcher recommended the following:
•Consideration to the supervisory process as an educational process : aimed at developing teachers' performance, not as a process of tracking
errors of the pitfalls and disadvantages. •emphasis on practices of human relations in the supervisory process, and attention the shura.
