English abstract
The present study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the dimensions of the theory of Redden at the principals of private schools and its relationship to the creative behavior of teachers in the Governorate of Muscat, Oman, The study followed the descriptive approach and the questionnaire applied to a sample of (500) teachers was also used in collecting data and information.
The study has reached many results, the most important of which is the degree
of availability of the dimensions of the theory of Redden at the principals of private schools in the Governorate of Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman for the dimensions of
the study as a whole within the intermediate degree, as it came moderate in each
dimension separately, and came first after the mission, and in second place after human relations, but after effectiveness came in Third and final rank. The results of the study also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences at (a <0.05) level in the responses of the study sample of the male and female teachers to the extent of the dimensions of the theory of Redden among the principals of private schools in Muscat Governorate, Oman, attributed to gender variables and years of experience. The results revealed that there were no statistically
significant differences in all dimensions except after the effectiveness and activity where
the differences came in favor of thepost-graduates.
The results of the study showed that the degree of availability of creative behavior among teachers of private schools in the Governorate of Muscat in Oman for the dimensions of the study as a whole was within the average degree, and came first after the ability to develop and change significantly, and in second place after the ability to provide new ideas and proposals in an average degree. The ability to take risks came in third place in an average degree, followed by the ability to provide creative solutions to problems in the fourth and final rank in an average degree as well. The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at (a <0.05) level in the responses of the study sample of male and female teachers to the degree of availability of creative behavior among teachers of private schools in Muscat Governorate, Oman due to gender variables, educational qualification and years of experience. The results of the study found a positive relationship between the degree of availability of the dimensions of the theory of Reddin at the principals of private schools and the creative behavior of teachers in the Governorate of Muscat, Oman.
The study suggested a number of recommendations, the most important of which are providing the principals of the private schools with authorities that enable them to practice the dimensions of the theory of Reddin effectively, and to encourage them to provide a suitable school atmosphere characterized by creativity and innovation and the interest. The Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman has a great role holding training courses for school principals to achieve educational excellence, encourage managers and teachers to innovate, innovate, compete and raise the morale of all workers in the field of education by providing a system of incentive including financial and spiritual reward
